Webstore Delivery Policy and Prices

$15 flat rate shipping Australia Wide. Express Postage is used. Items are dispatched via Australia Post facilities and standard shipping times to your area will apply. Tracking details for your goods will be emailed once dispatched. All efforts will be made to ensure that your goods are dispatched within 2 business day (excludes public holidays and weekends). Freight times can vary based on the area in which they are being delivered to. Every effort is made to ensure the product reaches you within 5-7 days after payment has been received, however, this is dependent on Australia Post so delivery time can’t be guaranteed.

We offer a FREE pick-up option. Items to be collected from Raptor Lures NT, 14 Wood Crescent, Rosebery Northern Territory 0832, Australia. Items can be collected as soon as a confirmation email is received.

Refund Policy

We will refund in full for faulty goods only, however, all products returned will not be accepted unless they are returned in original condition and packaging.  Returns must be made within 14 days, accompanied by a copy of the Tax invoice received with your order.  Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid.  We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods.  We cannot accept any item that has been used or tampered with or damaged.  Using the original method of payment, we will credit you the purchase price of the faulty product.
