$10 flat rate shipping Australia Wide. Express Postage is used. Items are dispatched via Australia Post facilities and standard shipping times to your area will apply. Tracking details for your goods will be emailed once dispatched. All efforts will be made to ensure that your goods are dispatched within 2 business day (excludes public holidays and weekends)

We offer a FREE pick up option. Items to be collected from Raptor Lures NT, 6 Rosetta Street Gray, Palmerston, NT 0830. Items can be collected as soon as a confirmation email is received.

We will refund in full for faulty goods only, however all products returned will not be accepted unless they are returned in original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days, accompanied by a copy of the Tax invoice received with your order. Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods. We cannot accept any item that has been used or tampered with or damaged. Using the original method of payment we will credit you the purchase price of the faulty product.
