What is your return policy?

Returns:

 

We take great care in confirming every order during processing before they are posted to eliminate the disappointment of a faulty or incorrect product being sent.

Notification of Damaged or Incorrect item received MUST be made within 24hrs of receiving the said item(s).

If by chance you receive a product that is faulty or does not match the description, the said product(s) MUST be returned in original unopened condition. We will replace damaged item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Arrangement for any return postage expenses relating to damaged and faulty products will be returned to the buyer once item(s) have been assessed by one of our team members as being defective or incorrect. Replacement items will be posted within 2-5 working days at no cost to you the buyer.

No returns due to change of mind will be accepted. 

Returns Period:


Buyers need to contact one of our Team Members on 0419319074 or email raptorluresnt@hotmail.com for return approval.

Items need to be returned within 14 Business days of receipt, we suggest the buyer selects a postage method with tracking in the event your returned item is delayed or goes missing in the post. In the event an item returned without tracking does go missing in the postal system, Raptor Lures does not accept responsibility. Exchanges/Returns  must be sent with tracking. 

Return Shipping Expenses:


Return Shipping costs for Faulty, Damaged or Defective items purchased, will be refunded back to buyer once item(s) have been assessed as having been damaged or faulty. 

Refunds:


Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at time of purchase.

In-person return option:


This option is only available to buyers in the Darwin area. Contact one of our Team Members on 0419319074 or email raptorluresnt@hotmail.com regarding product return.

Packing materials:


Item MUST be returned in original or equivalent packaging as received.

Refund Exclusions: replacement or repair may not be offered if you:

  • Substantially modify the product;

  • Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels;

  • Simply change your mind.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

We understand that sometimes it is hard to know exactly what you are getting or understand that sometimes you order a product online and it is not quite what you want. Returns will not be accept unless prior arrangement has be made by giving us notice informing us of your decision to return within 3 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in resaleable condition with all tags, packaging, and paperwork in tact. If item is not returned in this condition a refund will not be granted. Once approval has been provided for the return of goods. You will be required to pay for the return postage (unless we have accidentally posted the wrong item).

Once the item has been received and is in condition it was shipped in we will then refund the purchase price ONLY of item returned. You will be required to register returned item, and also insure the returning item if goods are greater than $100 in value .

If returned goods are not registered and insured (value over $100) we will not be held responsible for goods that lost or damaged. Freight costs will not be refunded.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY! We also reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee for some items on our website to cover all reasonable expense of time and handling and return costs to suppliers (This will be more so the case when it involves product that we don't normally stock in the online store and order in direct from supplier upon a website order confirmation). If we have already dispatched the goods a re-stocking fee may apply.
